Log in to your account and click "Post Ad". In the step-by-step wizard, add the category, location, listing details and photos, then confirm the preview and your listing is ready to go live. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.
Basic listings are free for private users. Add-ons such as boosting, showcase placement and renewal are optional paid services. Business accounts receive listing allowances according to their membership package.
Approved listings stay live for 30 days by default. You'll be notified before they expire and can renew with one tap. Once the sale or rental is complete, you can take the listing down at any time.
Use sharp, landscape photos taken in daylight. Be sure to include the living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, balcony and the building's exterior. Choose the most impressive room as the cover photo; listings get the most interest with around 12 photos.
Go to "My Listings" in your account, select the listing and click "Edit". You can update the price, description and photos at any time. Users following your listing are notified of price changes automatically.
