You can sign up for free in just a few steps using your email, phone number or social account via the "Log In" link at the top of the page.

You can use the "Forgot my password" link on the login screen to have a reset link sent to your email address.

You can close your account from the account settings page. Data that is subject to a legal retention obligation is kept until the retention period expires.

After signing up, you can click the "Post a Free Listing" button, enter your property details and photos, and submit your listing for publication. Listings are published after review.

Listings that do not comply with the listing rules or that contain incomplete or misleading information may be removed. For details, please review the Terms of Use.

You can get more views for your listing by choosing a promotion package from the listing management screen.

The reason for the removal is sent to you by e-mail. You can appeal the decision from your account within 6 months.

The valuation calculation provides an estimated range based on similar listings in the area and market data. It is for information purposes only and does not replace an appraisal report.

Use the "Search on Map" option in the top menu to zoom in on an area and apply filters.

You can use the contact buttons on the listing page or the phone and message options on the agent's profile.

Your data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection legislation, and is protected by technical and administrative measures. For details, please see the User Data Privacy Notice.

You can update your preferences by category using the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of the page.

Do not pay a deposit or advance payment without viewing the property and verifying the seller's ownership in the Property Register (Имотен регистър). Remember that in Bulgaria ownership is transferred by a notary deed (нотариален акт), be wary of requests for payment before the notary appointment, and report suspicious listings to us using the 'Report' link on the listing page.
